1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at mahanadispice@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation reason.

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

• However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.

3. Auto-Cancellation by Mahanadi Spices

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Product out of stock or unavailable

• Invalid address or contact details

• Payment issues or verification failure

• Any suspicious or fraudulent transaction

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
